Deposits are refundable if you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled procedure. For cancellations within 14 days, the deposit can be applied to a rescheduled date within 12 months. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows.
While complications are rare, we're here to support you. Contact your patient coordinator who can arrange virtual consultations with your surgeon and coordinate with local doctors if needed. Some revision procedures may be covered under our guarantee.
Absolutely! We can arrange accommodation for a companion at discounted rates. Many patients feel more comfortable with a family member or friend. However, companions should be prepared for a recovery-focused trip, not sightseeing.
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and payment plans through our financing partners. A deposit secures your booking, with the balance due upon arrival. We provide clear invoices for everything.
Flights are not included in our packages, but we can recommend booking options and advise on the best times to arrive and depart based on your procedure and recovery needs.
